Every track starts with a discovery session, so the shape of the work fits what's actually needed rather than a template.

For individual practitioners

Usually three 90-minute sessions, the same structure used across &Koh's other work.

• Session 1: naming what you want to work on and what success looks like, whether that's question design, reading group dynamics, debrief technique, system-level facilitation, or something of your own choosing

• Session 2: a deep dive into the change you're making

• Session 3: refining the craft, and building an action plan to carry it forward

An optional monthly retainer session is available afterwards for practitioners who want continued support rather than a single intervention.

For organisations

A separate, scoped offer for organisations building an internal LSP facilitation capability across a team or organisation-wide. This starts with a discovery session and capability audit, then a bespoke programme built.

For people with an idea

For anyone with a concept for applying LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in a new way, a diagnostic tool, a workshop format, a product, who has the idea but isn't sure how to move from concept to something workable. This one genuinely starts from scratch each time, so the discovery session does more work here.
