1:1 coaching for facilitators, practitioners and organisations who already use LEGO® Serious Play® and want to sharpen their craft, not their certification.
Every track starts with a discovery session, so the shape of the work fits what's actually needed rather than a template.
For individual practitioners
Usually three 90-minute sessions after the discovery session, the same structure used across &Koh's other work, for consistency and because it's proven to be the right amount of space for real change without dragging the process out.
Session 1: review of an observed or recorded session, identifying what's solid and what's compensating
Session 2: a deep dive on one chosen craft area, question design, reading group dynamics, debrief technique, or something of your own choosing
Session 3: integration, a practice plan, and a check-in structure for the months that follow
An optional monthly retainer session is available afterwards for practitioners who want continued mentoring rather than a single intervention.
For people with an idea
For anyone with a concept for applying LEGO® Serious Play® in a new way, a diagnostic tool, a workshop format, a product, who has the idea but isn't sure how to move from concept to something workable. This one genuinely starts from scratch each time, so the discovery session does more work here: it's where the idea gets articulated properly, what problem it solves, who it's for, and where LSP actually earns its place in it. What follows, and how many sessions it takes, gets shaped from there rather than promised upfront.
For organisations
A separate, scoped offer for organisations building internal LSP facilitation capability across a team, rather than coaching one individual. This starts with a discovery session and capability audit, then a bespoke programme built from the same core elements as the individual track.
